What Is Herbs of Gold Children’s Fish-i Care?
Herbs of Gold Children’s Fish-i Care contains 500 mg of concentrated fish Omega-3 triglycerides per capsule, providing 250 mg of DHA (Docosahexaenoic Acid) and 50 mg of EPA (Eicosapentaenoic Acid). Each capsule also provides 50 micrograms of iodine to support children's nutritional requirements.
Available in a pack of 60 fish-shaped, vanilla-berry flavoured chewable capsules, Herbs of Gold Children’s Fish-i Care is naturally sweetened with tooth-friendly xylitol. It is suitable for children aged 2–13 years, with age-specific directions for use.

How to take Herbs of Gold Children’s Fish-i Care
Choose the directions for your child's age. Follow the current bottle or any individual instructions from your health professional.
Ages 2–4: squeeze out one capsule
Once daily, twist or snip off the tail and squeeze the oil into your child's mouth or onto food. Give the oil rather than the whole capsule.
Ages 5–8: chew one capsule
Give one capsule to chew each day.
Ages 9–13: chew two capsules
Give two capsules to chew each day. Use the age-appropriate amount.
Storage
Store below 25°C, away from moisture and out of children’s reach. Use within six months of opening.

- Fish-derived, so unsuitable for vegetarian or vegan diets.
