Herbs of Gold Children’s Multi Care is a strawberry-vanilla flavoured chewable multivitamin for children aged 2–13 years.
It combines essential vitamins and minerals, including B vitamins, vitamins A, C and D3, iodine and zinc, to support children’s nutritional needs, cognitive health and general wellbeing.
Each pack contains 60 chewable tablets, naturally sweetened with xylitol. Children aged 2–8 years should chew one tablet daily, while children aged 9–13 years should chew two tablets daily, or as directed by a healthcare professional. This supplement should not replace a balanced diet.

Also contains citrus bioflavonoids extract 1 mg per tablet. Naturally sweetened with xylitol. Contains soya bean products and sulfites. The manufacturer lists no egg, milk, peanuts, tree nuts, animal products, gluten, lactose or artificial colours, flavours or sweeteners. Compare the supplied label with these details before use.
How to Use
Follow the age-specific directions on the supplied pack, or your health professional’s advice.
Children aged 2–8
Chew one tablet daily. A 60-tablet bottle provides 60 daily servings.
Children aged 9–13
Chew two tablets daily. A 60-tablet bottle provides 30 daily servings.
Check suitability
Supervise children while chewing. Ask a pharmacist or doctor before combining with another multivitamin or individual nutrients.
Storage
Store below 25°C in a dry place, away from direct sunlight. Keep the container closed and out of children’s reach. Use within six months of opening, as stated on the manufacturer’s label. Check the expiry date and seals before use.

- Contains soya bean products and sulfites. Check suitability if your child has allergies.
- This product contains selenium, which is toxic in high doses. The manufacturer warns that adults should not exceed 150 micrograms daily from selenium supplements; this is not a child’s dosing recommendation. Follow the child’s labelled dose.
- Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
- The published directions cover ages 2–13. Seek professional advice for children outside this age range, with a medical condition, or taking medicines.
- Check for overlapping ingredients before adding other supplements. Keep the bottle out of children’s reach to prevent excess consumption.
- The pack is labelled 100% vegan. Halal certification has not been verified for this product.
