What Is Blackmores Omega Mini Double Concentrate?
Blackmores Omega Mini Double Concentrate provides 500 mg of concentrated fish Omega-3 triglycerides per capsule, delivering 330 mg of Omega-3 marine triglycerides, including 300 mg of combined EPA and DHA. The fish oil is extracted from 100% wild-caught fish and tested for mercury, dioxins and PCBs.
Available in easy-to-swallow, odourless mini soft capsules, this supplement comes in 200- and 400-capsule pack sizes. It is suitable for adults and children aged 2–17 years, with age-appropriate use and adult supervision for children.

How to take Blackmores Omega Mini Double Concentrate
Choose one daily schedule with food, according to your current label or health professional. The higher amount below is for adults.
One capsule for general health
Adults and children aged 2–17 take one capsule daily for general wellbeing. Adults also take one daily for cardiovascular and nervous-system health.
Five capsules for adult brain, eye and skin support
The manufacturer lists five capsules once daily for these adult uses. Do not combine this with the one-capsule schedule.
Prepare the oil safely for children
If a child cannot swallow a capsule, pierce it and squeeze the oil into milk, juice or cereal. Give immediately; do not give the capsule whole.
Storage
Store below 30°C, dry and out of direct sunlight. Do not use if the cap seal is broken or missing.
