Australian Goods Bangladesh
Security Policy
Keep your account safe. Know where to report a concern.
This page explains security reporting and safer use of Australian Goods Bangladesh, operated by Brands Outlet Bangladesh Ltd. For how we handle personal information, read our Privacy Policy.
The email button opens your email app. Send the message to submit your report.
Protect your account and payments
Keep codes to yourself
Enter a login OTP only on the website when you initiated the sign-in. Never tell anyone your OTP, password, wallet PIN or card security code—even someone claiming to be Customer Care.
Check before you click
Open the website yourself if a message seems suspicious. Check the full address before signing in or paying. Keep your device updated and sign out on shared devices.
Act on unexpected payments
If you suspect payment fraud, contact your bank or payment provider immediately through its official channel. Let Customer Care know about any related order; don’t wait for our reply to contact the provider.
Send a useful report
Use the subject Security concern and include:
- The affected page or order reference, if relevant.
- What happened, when it happened and any simple steps that led to it.
- Your browser or device if the problem seems technical.
- A screenshot with personal information and secret codes covered.
Don’t send passwords, login links, session tokens, full payment details or another customer’s information. Describe sensitive evidence first so an appropriate way to share it can be agreed.
How reports are handled
We’ll review the concern, ask for relevant details if needed and explain the next steps. An acknowledgement is not confirmation that an issue has been fixed.
We may need to verify an account-related request before taking action. If you lose access to your phone or email, explain that without sharing passwords or codes.
No website or payment method removes every risk. This page is not a security certification or a guarantee against fraud.
For security researchers
Report a suspected weakness privately using the email above. Do not access or change other people’s data, disrupt services, or use deception to obtain access. Stop if you encounter someone else’s information.
This page does not authorise security testing. Request written permission before testing beyond normal use of your own account. Any testing scope, reward or public credit must be agreed separately.
Common questions
Will Customer Care ask for my OTP?
Do not share an OTP with staff or anyone else. Enter it only in the relevant website or payment-provider flow you initiated. A request to read out or forward a code should be treated as suspicious.
I received a login code I didn’t request. What should I do?
Do not use or share the code. An unexpected code alone does not prove someone accessed your account. Contact Customer Care through the details above if messages repeat or you notice unfamiliar activity.
Does a secure connection prove a payment request is genuine?
No. HTTPS protects a connection, but a fraudulent website can use it too. Check the website address and verify an unexpected payment request using a contact method you already trust.
I already shared a code or payment details. What now?
Contact the affected service promptly. For payment details or payment codes, contact your bank or payment provider immediately. For an Australian Goods login code, contact Customer Care and explain what happened without sending the code again.
