Each chewable tablet contains chicken sternum cartilage powder (UC-II®) 40 mg, equivalent to total collagen 10 mg, plus the vitamins below. Amounts are per tablet and per daily adult serving.

UC-II® is chicken-derived type II collagen. The 40 mg amount is cartilage powder, not 40 mg of pure collagen. This formula differs from hydrolysed marine collagen powders. Contains gluten, soya bean products and sulfites; check the supplied pack for all ingredients.
How to Use
For adults only. Read and follow the supplied pack label.
One tablet daily
Adults take one chewable tablet once daily. Do not increase the dose for faster results.
Chew the tablet
Chew the tablet before swallowing. Do not swallow the tablet whole.
