How to Use
Adult directions: take once daily, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
Measure
Measure 3 level metric teaspoons (9 g) of powder.
Mix
Dissolve in 200 mL of water. Some settling may occur.
Take with food
Consume immediately after dissolving, with or immediately after a meal.
Storage
Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place. Powder may settle before opening. Do not use if the cap seal is broken.
