How to use
Directions
Adults: one tablet each day with or just after food, unless a health professional directs otherwise.
Storage
Store below 25°C in a cool dry place. Do not use if cap seal is broken.

Important information
- Contains vitamin B6. Stop use and see a healthcare practitioner promptly if tingling, burning or numbness occurs.
- Do not use during pregnancy, planned pregnancy or breastfeeding. Not recommended for children under 12.
- Selenium from adult dietary supplements must not exceed 150 micrograms daily; high doses are toxic.
- Do not combine with warfarin without medical advice.
- Not for treating iron-deficiency conditions.
- Camellia sinensis can rarely harm the liver. Stop use and seek medical attention for yellow skin or eyes, dark urine, itching, or unusual fatigue, nausea, appetite loss or abdominal pain. Take with food.
- Allergen and dietary information: No added lactose, gluten, yeast, egg or artificial flavours. Contains soya beans.
- Read the pack before use. Supplements do not replace a varied, balanced diet. Persistent symptoms need professional advice.
