Storage
Store below 30°C in a dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep the container closed and out of children’s reach. Do not use if the cap seal is broken or missing. Check the printed expiry date.

Important Information Before Use
- Contains soya bean products and sulfites.
- Contains selenium. Excess selenium is toxic; the label says adults must not exceed 150 micrograms daily from selenium supplements. This tablet supplies 70 micrograms.
- Contains vitamin A. If pregnant or planning pregnancy, consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking vitamin A supplements. More than 3,000 micrograms retinol equivalents can cause birth defects. The label gives recommended daily vitamin A intake from all sources as 700 micrograms for women and 900 micrograms for men.
- Ask a health professional before use if you take medicines or have a medical condition. Discuss supplements before elective surgery; some may need to be stopped two weeks beforehand.
- Check overlapping nutrients before combining with another multivitamin, selenium, vitamin A or other vitamin/mineral supplements.
- Supplements help only where dietary intake is inadequate. They do not replace a balanced diet. Seek professional advice if symptoms persist.
