How to use
Directions
Adults: chew one to two tablets daily. Children aged 2 and over: chew one tablet daily. Not recommended below age 2. Follow the supplied label or your healthcare professional’s instructions.
Storage
Store below 30°C in a dry place, away from heat and direct sunlight. Follow the supplied pack instructions.

- The pictured label declares sucralose, sulfites, soy products and gluten.
- Contains vitamin B6. Stop taking it and seek medical advice for tingling, burning or numbness; check B6 across all supplements.
- Too much vitamin A can cause birth defects. Consult a healthcare professional before use if pregnant or planning pregnancy.
- Selenium can be toxic in high doses. The pictured label limits total selenium from supplements to 150 micrograms daily for adults.
- Not recommended below age 2. Supervise children and make sure they chew the tablet rather than swallow it whole.
- Keep out of children’s reach. Vitamin and mineral supplements do not replace a balanced diet; do not use a broken-seal pack.
