Swisse Ultiboost High Strength Krill Oil contains 1,000 mg of Antarctic krill oil (Euphausia superba) per soft capsule, providing 210 mg of EPA and 100 mg of DHA. Krill oil naturally contains astaxanthin and provides Omega-3 fatty acids in phospholipid form.
The formula comes in easy-to-take soft capsules and is available in a 60-capsule pack. It is sourced from Antarctic krill and provides an alternative source of Omega-3 to conventional fish oil.

How to take Swisse Ultiboost High Strength Krill Oil
The label gives different daily amounts for adults depending on the purpose. These are alternative daily amounts, not doses to add together. Follow your current pack or healthcare professional’s directions.
Heart health
Two capsules daily for heart health.
Brain, eye and omega-3 support
Four capsules daily for brain and eye health or to support omega-3 levels.
Mild to moderate osteoarthritis
Four capsules daily. Symptom improvement may be mild, and effects may take up to six months. If symptoms persist, talk to your healthcare professional.
Take with food
Take during or immediately after a meal, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
Storage
Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat. Do not use if the cap seal is broken.
