A multivitamin with minerals and botanicals for women aged 65 and over. Each tablet includes B6 41.1 mg, B12 200 micrograms, D3 25 micrograms, zinc 15 mg and selenium 26 micrograms.
Adults take one tablet daily during or immediately after a meal. The 60- and 90-tablet packs provide 60 and 90 days.

How to use
Directions
Adults: one tablet daily with or just after food, unless a health professional directs otherwise.
Storage
Store below 30°C in a cool dry place. Do not use if cap seal is broken.

Important information
- Vitamin A above 3,000 micrograms retinol equivalents daily can cause birth defects. Get medical advice before using vitamin A supplements in pregnancy or planned pregnancy. Recommended total daily amounts are 700 micrograms RE for women and 900 for men.
- Contains vitamin B6. Stop use and see a healthcare practitioner promptly if tingling, burning or numbness occurs.
- Selenium from adult dietary supplements must not exceed 150 micrograms daily; high doses are toxic.
- Do not combine with warfarin without medical advice.
- Not for treating iron-deficiency conditions.
- Allergen and dietary information: Contains soya beans, sulfites & phenylalanine. No added gluten, lactose, yeast, egg or artificial flavours.
- Read the pack before use. Supplements do not replace a varied, balanced diet. Persistent symptoms need professional advice.
