Swisse Skin Regeneration+ combines vitamins, minerals, alpha lipoic acid and cinnamon. Per capsule: biotin 25 micrograms, vitamin A 112.5 micrograms RE, vitamin C 25 mg, chromium 20 micrograms, copper 375 micrograms, zinc 7.5 mg, alpha lipoic acid 50 mg and cinnamon extract 100 mg equivalent to 1.5 g bark.

How to use
Directions
Adults: two capsules daily with or just after food, unless a health professional directs otherwise.

Important information
- Vitamin A above 3,000 micrograms retinol equivalents daily can cause birth defects. Get medical advice before using vitamin A supplements in pregnancy or planned pregnancy. Recommended total daily amounts are 700 micrograms RE for women and 900 for men.
- Allergen and dietary information: Contains phenylalanine, soya beans & sulfites. No added lactose, gluten, yeast, egg or artificial flavours.
