How to take it
Adults and children over 12 take one capsule daily with food. For diarrhoea, the label specifies two capsules daily with food, or follow a health professional’s directions.

- No refrigeration is required. Use within six months of opening and follow the pack’s storage directions.
- Seek medical advice before use in children under two. For diarrhoea, seek advice if it lasts longer than six hours in infants under six months, 12 hours in children under three, 24 hours at ages three to six or 48 hours in older children and adults.
