About Nature’s Own
Nature’s Own grew out of a health food shop Vaughan Bullivant opened in Redcliffe, Queensland, in 1971. Four years later, he gave his supplement range its yellow-and-green label and the Nature’s Own name. Today the Australian range includes B vitamins, magnesium, herbal blends and fish oils.
Reading the Odourless Fish Oil label
On Nature’s Own Odourless Fish Oil 1000mg, the 1,000 mg refers to the fish oil in one capsule. That oil supplies 300 mg of marine omega-3s. When comparing it with a concentrated formula, look for the omega-3 amount per capsule on both labels.
The Australian range includes several bottle sizes. Check the capsule count on the pack you are considering in Bangladesh, especially when comparing prices. The Australian label also lists fish, soya bean products and sulfites.
